Student account password reset for parents/guardians

Please note that only central Anglian Learning accounts can currently have their passwords reset via this method.

To proceed, please enter the date of birth of the student you wish to reset the password for, along with your parent/guardian email address that is registered with the school into the boxes below.

Once submitted, you will shortly receive an email to this address, inviting you to confirm your intention to reset the student's password. Once confirmed, you will receive the changed password in a separate email.

Please note that if the parental email address entered is not known to the system, no message will be sent.
