Account Activation
Please note that new parent accounts
need to be activated before either a password reset or username reminder can be requested.
The process of activation is described here. Bottisham and Netherhall Parents who have previously activated their accounts by letter on the old system do not need to activate again.

Once activated, password resets can be requested
using the tool here.

username reminders can also be requested
